Are your
kids loving these phonics games as much as mine are? I have been using them during center
time. I take reading groups and they
cycle through different activities based on the day. Lately I have made word games and constant
center changing the game every 2 days or so.
Last
Friday we invited our families in for a Literacy Morning. During this time we had out some of our
favorite phonics games we have made. The
kids and the parents LOVED them! It was
great to see so many parents and kids all engaged in good learning
activities.
We are
going to be introducing Unit 12 in Grade 1 FUNdations (2-syllable words) at the end of the week, so I
am excited to introduce many of these games to the kiddos soon!
